ASSOCIATE TRAINING
New Associates will need to complete an online Virtual Training Program through Cruise Planners® to access CPMaxx. Associates may attend Star U based on space available and the payment of a separate fee.
Associate Online Virtual Training
Associate Virtual Training is a requirement and is offered online. It is designed to create a simple and cost-effective way to train new Associates. Associate Virtual Training can be taken anywhere from the convenience of a desktop or laptop. It is flexible and convenient and provides all the essential information your Associate will need to get started. This self paced program consists of a series of online learning modules. The Associate will be enrolled immediately after Application is approved.
Associates Curriculum
The courses selected will provide an overview of Cruise Planners and its technology and resources that are at your Associate’s disposal to help them get quickly acclimated into the world of travel and your franchise. This is a self-paced program. Training modules for All associates consist of CP Central, CPMaxx, and other travel industry-related courses

In addition STAR University Training is our live training program held over the course of a week in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. New Franchise Owners, co-owners, and existing Franchise Owners also attend Star University. Online Virtual Training must be completed before attending Star U.
