When I decided to open an agency of my own last year I had no idea the world would begin to spin the way it currently is. While the name of my franchise is Cruise Planners, my agency doesn’t just focus on selling cruises. That’s just a small piece of the puzzle. My agency organizes travel experiences for groups of families and friends of ten or more looking to explore the world with others. Just recently, I’m excited to say that while climbing mountains and feeling as if I was sinking, I was able to produce and recently launch “We Explore I+1” which is dedicated to arranging travel experiences for single parent who desire to roam the world with their child (ren).

While canceling reservations over the past few months, I thought that I’d be one of those agency owners that would soon be forced to announce the closing of her small business.

But God!!! Though cruises have been put on hold for a while, land travel has picked up tremendously and more and more people have found reason to use travel advisors rather than attempting to take on the world on their own. Not to mention, I have dozens of cruisers waiting to re-book their cruises.

And now...I’m ready to take this small business to the next level!

So here's my ask today - and potentially an opportunity for a few of you to work closely with me in cultivating my growing list of travel clients as a team.

I am looking for sub-agents (Associates) to help maintain the vision and value of this agency.

Please note: This is not a MLM company (multilevel marketing ie. Inteletravel, Paycations, Global Travel International, Travelution, etc.). I own a legitimate, legally structured LLC doing business as a Cruise Planners franchise. Travel advisors are sellers of travel who work solely off commission based on sales volume. Without sales on the books, there’s no income. There are fees associated with joining this team to include the following.

• Errors and Omissions Insurance:  (Annual/per Associate) $180.00 Prorated  E & O Policy and Certificate
• Access Fee:  (Annual/per Associate) $85.00 Prorated
• Administration Fee:  (One-time/per Associate) $75.00
• Background Check:  (One-time/per Associate) $50.00
• STAR University Training (As Applicable) $695 & Hotel cost OR Associate Virtual Training (As Applicable) $249.00

Further note: A travel agency's main function is to act as an agent, selling travel products and services on behalf of a supplier. They do not keep inventory in-hand unless they have pre-booked hotel rooms or cabins on a cruise ship for a group travel event.
